شدد سمير السليمي، نجم الكرة التونسية السابق، على أن نادي الترجي يجب أن يتعامل بعقلانية في تدعيم صفوفه استعدادًا لكأس العالم للأندية والموسم الجديد، مؤكدًا أنه لا مجال لمقارنة الأوضاع المالية للفريق التونسي بالنادي الأهلي المصري.
وقال السليمي في تصريحات عبر إذاعة “ifm” التونسية: “الترجي عليه تدعيم الفريق، لكن بالعقل والتريث ودراية كاملة بوضع النادي، كأس العالم للأندية بطولة هامة، والفريق أمامه منافسة محلية وقارية في الموسم القادم، والإدارة عندها من الرصانة والخبرة للتعامل مع هذه الأمور”.
وأضاف: “ولكن لا تقارنوا أنفسكم بالنادي الأهلي المصري، الأهلي شيء آخر، يدفع 2 و3 مليون دولار في الموسم ولا يقلق، يعطي المدير الفني 250 ألف دولار شهريًا ولا يقلقه ذلك، عكس الترجي، الوضع المالي الحالي لنادي الترجي والأندية التونسية، لا تقارن بالأندية المصرية”.

وتابع السليمي حديثه موضحًا: “يجب مراعاة الوضعية المالية للأندية التونسية، الترجي عنده إمكانيات مالية لكن لا تُقارن بالأهلي، ولا يجب هذه المقارنة، الأهلي تعاقد مع محمد بن رمضان، لماذا لم يتعاقد معه الترجي؟ لأن الصفقة بلغت 2.5 مليون يورو، هل الترجي قادر على دفع هذا المبلغ؟”.
وأكمل: “لا يجب إلقاء اللوم على الترجي ولا على محمد بن رمضان، الفوارق المالية كبيرة، الوداد المغربي وضعيته المالية الأقرب للترجي التونسي، والمقارنة الأصعب مع صن داونز الجنوب إفريقي الذين يقومون بانتدابات فلكية”.
واختتم السليمي تصريحاته بالتأكيد على أهمية دعم الفريق بشكل مدروس: “لا بد من تريث وتعقل في انتدابات الترجي، ضروري تدعيم خط الدفاع، ولاعب أو إثنين في وسط الملعب، وربما على مستوى خط الهجوم، لا بد أن يتم تدعيم الفريق لكأس العالم وتستمر هذه التدعيمات للمنافسات الإفريقية والمحلية المُقبلة”.

وأشار عبد الحميد إلى أن الضغوط النفسية التي يتعرض لها سيف تتعدد مصادرها، موضحًا: “وجود والده، الكابتن فاروق جعفر، يمثل ضغطًا إضافيًا عليه، كما أن رحيله عن الزمالك ثم عودته خلق حالة من التوتر في مسيرته، ناهيك عن تأثير السوشيال ميديا الكبير عليه، اللاعب ما زال يفتقر إلى الصلابة النفسية الكافية للتعامل مع هذه الضغوط”.
وفي سياق حديثه عن الأوضاع داخل النادي، فتح عبد الحميد النار على المنظومة الإدارية في الزمالك، قائلًا: “اللاعب في الزمالك أقوى من المدير الفني والإدارة، وروح أوضة اللبس وانت تعرف، لا توجد إدارة كرة مستقرة تمتلك الأدوات والرؤية والصلاحيات”.
وتابع منتقدًا تشتت المسؤولية داخل ملف الكرة هذا الموسم: “من الذي أدار ملف الكرة هذا الموسم؟ أحمد سليمان، حسين السيد، حسين لبيب، حسام المندوه، طارق السيد، هاني برزي، عمرو أدهم، وبعدهم جاءت لجنة الإنقاذ المكونة من هيثم فاروق، نادر السيد، ميدو، حازم إمام، عمرو الجنايني، مدحت وجمال العدل، ومحمد أبو العلا، لدينا 15 اسمًا مختلفًا، إضافة إلى الرئيس السابق ممدوح عباس، الذي يتحكم فعليًا في النادي”.
وختم عبد الحميد حديثه بإشارة مثيرة إلى دور ممدوح عباس في إدارة المشهد الحالي داخل الزمالك، قائلاً: “ممدوح عباس هو من يدير الزمالك فعليًا، الجمهور كله يقول إن من يتحكم في النادي هو ممدوح بأمواله، وهو من أعلن عن حضور المدير الرياضي الجديد توني بيوليس، ولم يجرؤ أحد على الاعتراض، هو الوحيد الذي يحدد ويأمر، والنادي ينفذ”.

As a result of this, it is reliably believed that Chelsea have approached Mainoo’s agents in an attempt to lure him, as reported by journalist and Stamford Bridge insider Simon Phillips on his Substack.

“Chelsea also still want to bring in a new midfielder this window on request of Enzo Maresca,” wrote Phillips earlier this week.
“However, that does not need to be a new midfielder, and there are still chances that either Lesley Ugochukwu or Andrey Santos could be recalled, SPTC sources have heard again yesterday.
“There’s a chance Santos is recalled too by the way, something that we were not expecting to happen at all, until now, potentially.
“Chelsea have tried to turn the head of Kobbie Mainoo at Manchester United by approaching his agents, and this one is still potentially one that could happen this month, if the player decides he is keen on the move.”
While this is far from advanced, it appears Chelsea are seriously pursuing Mainoo, but he isn’t the only Red Devils sensation on their radar.
Chelsea target Alejandro Garnacho with Disasi and Nkunku set to leave
According to French newspaper L’Equipe, exciting United winger Alejandro Garnacho has emerged as a target for Maresca.
The Argentine is attracting reported interest from Antonio Conte’s Napoli, who appear to have set their sights on him as a potential replacement for the PSG-bound Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
However, Conte now faces competition from his former club. Chelsea are targeting Garnacho and have “launched” an operation over his potential signing, according to L’Équipe, who also provided an update on the futures of Christopher Nkunku and Axel Disasi.
The £275,000-per-week duo are apparently set to depart west London before deadline day on February 3, with Maresca’s squad facing a serious overhaul in the latter stage of this transfer window.
Going back to Garnacho, the 20-year-old has bagged eight goals and five assists in 31 appearances so far this campaign, putting in some exceptional displays, and he fits the mould of a young, exciting player that BlueCo has repeatedly targeted since Chelsea’s takeover.
Garnacho is also highly versatile, capable of playing anywhere across the attack – including the left-hand side, right-hand side, through the middle as a central attacking midfielder and even as a second striker. However, he won’t come cheap, as some reports suggest the South American could cost £70 million.

Arsenal’s season is currently hanging by a thread.
Mikel Arteta’s side are out of the FA Cup, as good as out of the League Cup and, following Saturday’s draw with Aston Villa, falling further and further behind Liverpool in the Premier League.
In all, things are not looking particularly rosy for the Gunners, but the transfer window remains open for the next two weeks, and with it, a chance for the board to revitalise the club’s season.
So far, the North Londoners have been linked with a plethora of extraordinary goalscorers this month, and while they all come with big price tags, none of them are as valuable as one of the stars already on Arsenal’s books.
Arsenal's striker search
So, one name that has come up in every window since his move to Juventus in 2022 is Dušan Vlahović, and this month has been no different.
The Serbia international has been touted for a move worth around £59m on multiple occasions this month, and while that is a lot of money, it’s not necessarily unreasonable as he has racked up 12 goals and two assists in 24 appearances this season.
Another number nine from Serie A that is supposedly on Arteta’s wishlist is Inter Milan star Marcus Thuram, who also could be available for around £59m, although that would be in the summer.
However, while neither of these targets seem unrealistic, one name seems to be even more heavily linked with a move to the Emirates than any other this month, and that is RB Leipzig star Benjamin Šeško.
The Slovenian was a target for the Gunners in the summer but opted to remain in Germany to further his development, only to once again be touted for a move to N5 this month worth around £70m.
Again, that is a lot of money, but the Radeče-born marksman is already showing the signs of a future superstar at just 21 years old.
For example, he racked up a haul of 20 goal involvements in 42 appearances and already has 16 in 25 this season, meaning he’s currently averaging one every 1.56 games.
The former RB Salzburg star would represent more of a gamble than some of the other strikers linked with Arsenal this month, but his potential upside is enormous.
Just imagine the thought of him linking up with one of the best creators in Arsenal’s side; it certainly feels like a match made in heaven and one that could turn Sesko into an even more prolific forward.
The Arsenal superstar who is worth millions more than Šeško
So, to get straight to the point, the player in question is, of course, the sensational Bukayo Saka, who, according to the CIES Football Observatory, is worth about €157m, which is £133m, or £63m more than Šeško could cost.

Now, that is an undeniably massive number, but over the last few seasons, the young Englishman has more than justified it.

Somehow, prior to getting injured, the 23-year-old was doing even better this season, racking up a haul of nine goals and 13 assists in just 24 appearances, which is an average of a goal involvement every 1.09 games.
On top of that, the Gunners’ “future legend,” as talent scout Jacek Kulig described him, has also won 43 senior caps for the Three Lions, in which he’s scored 12 goals, provided seven assists and won back-to-back player of the year awards.
The Hale End superstar is undoubtedly Arsenal’s best player and most certainly in the world-class bracket, so it’s unsurprising that some of the team’s worst performances this season have come when he’s not played.
Ultimately, Arteta and Co should sign Šeško this month as he looks ready to explode, but even if he reaches his lofty potential, it’s unlikely that he’ll ever be worth as much, let alone more, than the sensational Saka.
Either way, they could ignite a sensational partnership in the final third. That’s something worth salivating over…
