Shane Watson has sent a major scare through Australia’s Ashes planners only 19 days away from the first Test in Brisbane by pulling up with a hamstring injury during the final ODI against India in Bangalore.Running in to deliver the first ball of his sixth over at the Chinnaswamy Stadium, Watson stopped sharply before completing his delivery stride and immediately left the field. He later batted at No. 8 in Australia’s doomed chase and appeared to aggravate the injury while hitting a six during the course of his rapidfire 49.”Shane encountered soreness in his left hamstring during last night’s ODI in India,” a Cricket Australia spokesman said. “He received initial treatment from team medical staff and showed that he was able to bat when needed. He will have the injury assessed in detail this week following his return to Australia. At that point we will have a clearer picture about his availability for the first Test.”Watson’s innings was played in a fury after he was mocked by the Indian batsman Shikhar Dhawan, who mimicked a limping man after fielding a drive at mid off. – Naquele jogo, o árbitro veio conversar comigo dizendo que uma das enfermeiras estavam sem o documento. Eu achei certa a paralisação, pois a regra precisa ser cumprida. Mas ela precisa ser cumprida em todos os lugares, e na semifinal infelizmente não foram cumpridas as regras – afirmou.

Loco Abreu disse que está feliz no Espírito Santo, mas que a Federação Capixaba de Futebol precisa olhar com mais carinho para o estado, caso os capixabas queiram crescer no meio do esporte. Ele até sugeriu que o Rio Branco mude de federação para o crescimento do clube.

– Estou feliz aqui no Espírito Santo, mas infelizmente ilegalidades estão acontecendo. Não estou chateado com o clube, com jogadores e com a cidade, mas quem controla o futebol daqui está querendo remar somente para o lado dele. O futebol desse jeito é ruim para todos. Se o Rio Branco tem intenção de evoluir, e tem uma torcida de massa para isso, pode até ir para uma outra Federação, a carioca, a mineira, pois da forma que está aqui não tem condições de evoluir – disse.

Carters scored his maiden first-class hundred to take NSW close to 400, and Bollinger picked three wickets in five overs to leave Queensland at 21 for 3 in the seventh over.NSW started the day at 140 for 3 but lost Moises Henriques on the first ball of the day to Michael Neser. Once Kurtis Patterson was bowled by Cameron Boyce for 22, NSW were struggling at 187 for 5. Carters and Peter Nevill took them to safety by stitching a 144-run partnership and crossed 300. Carters scored 154 with the help of 17 fours, before being trapped lbw by Nathan Hauritz. وتابع: “شيكابالا لا يستحق هذا الهجوم، هو ليس له أي ذنب في تأخير أموال سبورتينج لشبونة، قناة الزمالك من الأمس تهاجم شيكابالا، ليس شيكابالا الذي يهاجم بهذا الشكل، هو أحد رموز نادي الزمالك”.

وواصل: “يوجد شياطين حول الطرفين، شيكابالا ومرتضى منصور، يحاولون استغلال الوضع الحالي”.

وأكمل: “الزمالك إذا وقع فالكل سيكون خاسرًا، مرتضى منصور عليك دور كبير أن المشاكل لا تزيد، الزمالك ليس حمل مشكلة جديدة كل يوم”.

In the absence of any professionals and playing against a more experienced opponent, Rajasthan might never have imagined an outright victory four days back. But that is exactly what they did, embarrassing Yusuf Pathan’s Baroda with a six-wicket win in their final league match. Chasing 71, Rajasthan wrapped up the match before lunch although their top order batsmen fumbled in their eagerness to finish early.The match had turned on its head on Wednesday evening when Rajasthan’s quicks led by Pankaj Singh, along with Deepak Chahar and Aniket Choudhary, had sent half the Baroda side packing in the final session of play.Baroda had started the day with a wafer-thin 15-run lead and just four wickets to raise any sort of a challenge. It was clear that if they needed to prevent defeat the Pathan brothers needed to play out of their skins. But considering Yusuf was struggling with a bout of fever for the last two days – during which he had not taken the field – and had to force himself out of bed to bat, that was asking too much.As early as the ninth delivery of the final morning, Gagandeep Singh edged Chahar to Rajesh Bishnoi at second slip. Another early wicket was in the offing when Yusuf tried to push at a Chahar delivery which had straightened after pitching. It was only the ninth ball of the innings for Yusuf, but this time Bishnoi failed to bend forward and pick a difficult, albeit possible, low chance.Luckily it did not hurt Rajasthan too much as a couple of overs later, a visibly weak Yusuf flayed helplessly at a fuller-length delivery from Chahar and the leading edge was gladly accepted by Choudhary at mid-off. Yusuf, who had come in to bat at No. 9 since he had not taken the field during Rajasthan’s innings (he could have come in from No. 5, according to the rules), did not even see the catch finish as he immediately turned and walked back towards the dressing room, head down. The only hurdle now between victory and Rajasthan was the younger Pathan.Irfan had started the morning on a positive note as he hit two sixes of a wayward Pankaj, who went for 20 runs off his first three overs and was duly removed from the attack. A slog sweep over deep midwicket put him in the 80s, but Irfan knew he was fighting a losing battle. Attempting to clear the straight boundary, he was caught on the edge of the rope at long on, bringing Baroda’s challenge to an end.Rajasthan, who had won the title successive years in 2011 and 2012, wrapped up their campaign with two outright victories to finish with 20 points, same as Baroda, who finished one rung higher only because they had three wins.
